When you use the Contact form the information you provide is processed so that Claudia Peer can read and respond to your message. The legal basis is Article 6(1)(b) GDPR where your enquiry concerns steps requested by you, and otherwise Article 6(1)(f) GDPR, based on the legitimate interest in responding enquiries.

4. ARC Team applications

Information submitted through the ARC Team application form is used solely to assess and manage applications, contact selected applicants and administer Claudia Peer's ARC team. This may include your name, email address, age confirmation, review or social profile links, reviewing platforms, availability, reading history and application responses.

Submitting an application does not guarantee selection. 

Application data is retained only for as long as reasonably necessary for selection and ARC-Team administration, unless legal obligations require longer storage.

5. Newsletter

If you subscribe to the newsletter, your email address and any other information you provide are used to send author news, book updates and related communications. The legal basis is your consent under Article 6(1)(a) GDPR. You may withdraw your consent at any time by using the unsubscribe link in an email or contacting Claudia Peer.
